All rentals include tables, chairs, and basic linen.

Room Rental

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): $250
  • Full Day (up to 8 hours): $450

Catering Enhancements (Per Person Pricing):

  • Morning Break: starting at $8/pp
    • Examples include fruit, yogurt parfait, pastries, granola bars, etc.
  • Afternoon Break: starting at $12/pp
    • Examples include cookies, trail mix, cheese & crackers, vegetables & hummus etc.
  • Hot Breakfast: starting at $15/pp
    • Examples include eggs, bacon/ham/sausage, toast, scrambles, pancakes, etc. 
  • Lunch: starting at $22/pp
    • Examples include sandwiches, wraps, soup and salad, hot entree, etc. 
  • Dinner: starting at $35/pp
    • Examples include hot entree, with sides, roll, dessert, beverages. 

Catering Enhancements, Coffee, tea, and water charged separately based on group size or per person. 

Final numbers are due 7 days prior to the event. Charges will be based on this guaranteed number.

Room rental fee is waived when catering enhancements meet the minimum spend requirement. Minimum applies to meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) and does not include AM/PM break options.
