At Freedom Mountain Ministries, we value the commitment you make when booking with us and strive to be fair and flexible.
Overnight Stays
- 14 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
- 7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows: Non-refundable.
- Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.
- Holiday and special event reservations may require stricter terms, communicated at the time of booking.
Retreats, Conferences & Event Bookings
Because these reservations require blocking larger spaces and additional preparation, a different policy applies:
- 30 days or more prior to the event: Full refund of deposit/fees.
- 15–29 days prior to the event: 50% refund of deposit/fees.
- Less than 15 days prior to the event: Non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be possible if dates are available, but is not guaranteed.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If Freedom Mountain Ministries must cancel for unforeseen reasons (such as inclement weather or emergencies), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
